Late check-in available by request, standard rate applies. Your room will be guaranteed with a credit card. Early check-in will be allowed if previous nights guest have departed and the room has been cleaned. Early check-in is not arriving in the night and/or early morning; this will be charged as a full night's stay as a late check-in.

Children under 12. Free with at least one adult occupying the same room.

Extra Guest- $10.00 per person per night.

Roll a way Bed-$10.00 per night. If available.

Pets are welcome

Pet Charge $15.00 per each pet per night.

Pets MUST BE ON A LEASH while outside. Must be under control at all times while swimming and playing. CAN NOT BE LEFT ALONE AT ANY TIME on the property, in Room or Cottage at anytime for courtesy of our other quests and the well being of your pet. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Because previous guests have been excellent in controlling and picking up after their pets. So at this time we still do not have a security deposit for pets.

Returned Check fee

will be $45.00. The amount of the check and the returned check fee must be paid by Credit card or certified check.

QUIET TIME is from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please no loud noise or music during this time.
