We still have a few rooms available for the upcoming weekend. This week we have a few cottages available for Tuesday,Wednesday and Thrursday. August we have a good selection of Rooms and Cottages still available. For Cranberry Fest we have only a cottages and a few rooms left. Call for more information.
Fishing season is now in full swing. A few weekends ago a guest caught a 35 inch Musky off one of the docks. (The big one is still out there) |
30th Annual Paul Bunyan FestAugust 18, 201010am - 4pm, Downtown Eagle River. This fun filled family fun event features chain saw carving demonstrations, over 60 arts-n-crafts vendors, live musical entertainment and a Paul Bunyan Roast Cook-off by area businesses. Come on down and enjoy a Paul Bunyan size luncheon which includes a heap'n help'n of potato salad, corn, a HUGE BEEF sandwich and a cookie. Food is served starting at 11:00 am and until gone.

"Eagles" of Eagle RiverJune 1 - August 28, 2010Come find all the Eagles on display throughout Eagle River.Each Eagle was individually commissioned by local businesses and will be displayed at different locations throughout the Eagle River area. Finding and viewing this city wide art gallery also gives locals and visitors the chance to win various prizes! Each Eagle has a secret letter. Each letter is a part of a phrase. Collect all the letters and rearrange them to reveal the secret message and enter into the Grand Prize Drawing.

We are located on the Eagle River between Watersmeet and Yellow Birch Lakes with access to the rest of 28 lake chain.
Nestled among the Nicolet-Chequamegon National Forest, Northern Highland American Legion State Forest and Vilas County Forest.
One of the largest concentrations of Eagles in Wisconsin along with many other fauna and flora can be found. Some may be observed even while relaxing along the waterfront.
Two boat docks with elecitcial hook-ups. Pubilc boat launch just up river.
Fishing on one of the over 1300 lakes and 73 streams and rivers. Do not forget about Fly Fishing.
In the fall hunting season enjoy sighting a deer, bear, grouse, waterfowl, or small game throughout the forests. Wild Turkeys too.
Groomed Snowmobile Trail access is across the street.
Cross Country Skiing Trails (groomed and ungroomed) are only a few minutes away. Throughout the Eagle River and Vilas County, WI area.

Explore some of the history in the area as in Logging or when Gangsters took Holidays and there is more.
Find a local Artist Gallery for classes or just a visit.
Casinos are a short drive away.
Take a drive on one of Wisconsin's Rustic Roads.
Wisconsin Maple Syrup; Stop at a farm during Sugar Maple sap harvest time.
Go carting or ATV trails a few miles way.
Take a day trip to Minocqua, Woodruff, Boulder Junction, Land o Lakes or Three Lakes.
